Whirlpool tub loose and slides around

I moved into a 23year old home about 8 months Ago and just noticed the whirlpool tub is loose.
Can’t be normal.
Can anyone give advice on what to do next? Shims or caulking maybe? Should I worry about loose pipes and leaks?!

Any access panel? May have to open a wall if there is a wall between the tub and another room or closet. The problem could be the drain connection. Don’t use it until you can check the drain. The water lines are fixed to the framing for he tub.

Thank you WFlorida for the reply. I am scheduled with a bathtub installer who told me exactly the same thing. Hopefully no water damage will be found.
