Does anyone know which would be the best breakers to use in a Siemens SN4040B1200 panel?

Will need a mix of arcfault, tanden and double-pole (220) breakers.

    Thank you!

This box is part of the Siemens SN series panel with clip on neutrals?

That panel should be 40 space, 40 circuit so no tandems allowed.
