Where can I buy a new fitting like this?

I'm rebuilding the drain under a bathroom sink after getting new countertops and sinks. The old drain had one of these below. The downpipes from the sink drain comes in the top, a condensate line from the a/c unit comes in the side, and the bottom feeds into the p-trap. I'd like to replace this with a new one as it's very corroded and even scrubbing with a wire brush and some vinegar didn't clean it up too much.

Any idea where I can buy one of these? I went by Home Depot and they didn't have one. Should any plumbing supply store have one? Thanks for any help.

I think that may be a branch tailpiece.

They are easy to find in 1-1/2 and less common in 1-1/4. I am not a plumber.
