What type of fitting is this?

As the title states, what is this thing called?

The one in the photo is a 1-1/4" x 1/2" x 1-1/4"

I need to find one that is 1-1/4" x 3/4" x 1-1/4" but I don't know what the heck this thing is called.

For drain work, that would be a 90° Elbow with a Low Heel Inlet.

For pressure work, I don't know what it would be called.

I did this search -

1-1/4 x 1-1/4 x 3/4 low heel black iron

Don't have a lot of experience with all of the plumbing stuff, but pretty good with computers (and Google). Ha, ha!

Elbows have TWO openings, TEES have three. The "order" you list the opening sizes determines WHICH tee you get, i.e. #1, large end, #2 other end, #3 center.
