What Fleck Valve is this ?

I'm trying to identify what type of fleck valve this is. This is branded as a link -o- matic. It has a brass eductor. It is removed by a nut in front of the unit and behind. I was a guessing a 4000 series but I can't find parts anywhere.
Please help !!

I would like to get a copy of that manual. I collect old manuals for fun. Looks like a proprietary Fleck valve from the 80's.
