Hi all!! I’m converting an old pole barn into a house and am ready to start the plumbing rough in. I am not a contractor just a diy homeowner trying to get the job done on a budget. I need to know if my drawings will work or not, and if not what changes should I make. I’m more concerned with proper function than code since I live in a very rural area. I’ve done a lot of research on this subject and just want to make sure my wet venting is correct. The house will have 2 full baths and 1 half bath. The 2nd bath will have washing machine drain on same 3”wet vent. Are 4 fixtures allowed to be on one wet vent? Any and all advice is much appreciated.

You should bring the washer in downstream of the toilet. It's a pumped fixture so it's treated differently.
Wet venting is for bathroom fixtures, but not for washers, kitchen sinks or laundry trays.

So install the washer drain to the left of vanity and have it drain after toilet? Then create a separate vent for the washer? The laundry room is on back side of the bathroom wall. I’m trying to route all plumbing so I can fit everything in the wall.
