Wet venting diagrams

I'm interested in getting wet venting diagrams. the way we do install wet vents in the field seems to be different then the way upc reads about wet vents. specifically the stool discharging at the end of all fixture/trap arms. with a individual arm. we install the stool at the far end of the run with the 3x2 wye coming before the stool 90.

Also, you might clarify "far end". Do you mean the most-upstream place?
