Hey Gang,

Does this look OK for a wet vent WC setup?

IMG_0328..jpg

I'm planning on using a 3" double wye fitting to avoid lines crossing and wet venting WC (4) via 2" LAV (4).

Does Tub (1) and Shower (2) need venting or is this OK? Sink (3) is a kitchen island and will be AAV.

Thanks much!

Can't tie kitchen sink into a wet vent. Shower/tub need to tie in upstream of the WC. A double wye won't cut it in most places.

Only bathroom fixtures can be wet vented.
No kitchen sinks, laundry trays or washers.

Tubs and showers need venting before entering a line with a toilet (water closet)

Thanks gang, Terry.

Worth Florida: All this is new plumbing and within the distances you mentioned.

Stuff: I thought double wye was good in Seattle (UPC)

Terry: thanks for the helpful image. If I ditch the wet vent and just dry vent the WC, is this image OK? (Green dotted line is dry roof venting)
