On a well with submersible pump. I currently have an inline sediment filters hat is plastic and very difficult to remove to clean. Ie no ridges or fins to use a wrench etc. I am scared to ream on it because the housing is plastic. I want to replace it. I get a lot of rust, some sand and iron bacteria. I have an iron filter down stream. I have considered Lakos Twist to Clean...but again its all plastic. Lakos also makes a sandfilter with backwash. I am not adverse to spending for money for less headache. Also..what size mesh shud I be using? Thoughts? Very interested in a professionals opinion
