Well pump pressure switch wiring

I have a white wire neutral black hot where do they go on pressure switch?
I replaced the switch and pump hooked wires still no voltage on the ground coming out of breaker box

Usually, the neutral white wire is not switched.

The neutral and ground are connected together in your main breaker box.

Is your pump 120v or 220v? This video shows how it is done for a 220v motor. The the white wire(L2) in this video is a hot wire, not a neutral. The black wire is hot (L1). With other electrical mistakes shown in this video, the WHT wire must be marked, usually with BLK tape to ID it as a hot wire.
