Well Pump draw higher amp/ current

Hi. I have 3 hp 220v 3 wire with control box.
Rated 2200 watt 220v , actual use is 1540x2 =3080 watt. （14 amp per 110v wire, 14x110v=1540 watt x 2 wire= 3080 watt)

WELL depth 420 ft.
12 Guage wire. @ 450 feet is 0.72 ohm resistant
@1000 feet is 1.6 ohm resistant

Is the pump over draw power? 2 year old pump.

3 HP pump drawing 14 amps is about right. Expect about 3000 Watts full power, and "maximum" 3400 Watts. So situation normal.
