Well Pump draw higher amp/ current

Hi. I have 3 hp 220v 3 wire with control box.
Rated 2200 watt 220v , actual use is 1540x2 =3080 watt. (14 amp per 110v wire, 14x110v=1540 watt x 2 wire= 3080 watt)

WELL depth 420 ft.
12 Guage wire. @ 450 feet is 0.72 ohm resistant
@1000 feet is 1.6 ohm resistant

Ohm rating
3 hp ohm resistant
1BY. 2YR. 3 BR. 3 wire ohm reading
1.1. 2 .1. 3.3. PUMP AFTER YEAR 2016
0.72. 0.72. 0.72. 450ft wire resistant ohm
2 .7. 4.7. 5 9. MY 3 HP PUMP OHM
0.88. 1.88. 1.88. Overage in ohm reading

Formula. 2.7 (my pump - rating 1.1ohm - 450 feet 0.72 ohm = 0 0.88 ohm)

Is the pump over draw power? 2 year old pump.
