Water softener and filtration -Houston

Hi All,
We are based out of Houston and looking at recommendation for whole house filtration and water softener. We have 4.5 bath.We currently have a water softener and RO which is 7 years old and at end of its life. Just wondering based on below results does it make sense to spend below amounts for the equipment. We have white spots , faucets have green stains , we are always itching and there is hair loss and also hair is not soft anymore(these all led to us test water)

We have got some testing done by kinetico and Pentair(pelican) and they are suggesting replacing the whole system and prices given were
Pentair - PAC 7 whole house filtration and water softener for $3000 and RO for $550 and installation and taxes at $1300 so total of $4850
