Water shutoff valve -- which one?

Hi all- I'm about to shut off the water in my house for the first time (for an extended vacation) and my main shutoff appears to have two valves -- an orange and a red (see attached image). Should I shut them both off? Thanks for your help.

Thanks, that's what I'll do. Any idea why there are two valves?

To isolate the PRV for servicing without having to drain down the house
