Hi all!
I'm looking at buying a house but we're trying to figure out what the issue is with the water. It was a foreclosure so we cannot ask the prior owner as to what was going on with it.
The house was built in 83 and originally had quest piping which appears to have been replaced in the walls however, we noticed if you turn on more than 1 shower at time then water pressure drops to nothing and neither shower produces enough water. We traced where the water comes into the house to what we believe is in the attached video. It looks like several pipes have been cut and just one pipe is bringing water in. Can anyone tell me what the fix is for this? I'm trying to avoid having to dig up the slab. Thank you.
