When I turn the water on on my kitchen sink, I saw water under the sink. It leaks when I turn the water on. It leaks slowly from the black object. I am not a DIY. Anyway we can fix the leak or call the plumber? Thanks . Video & photo attached

From the black object? The black object is a weight to help the sprayer retract. If the leak is really from there, then the hose it is hanging on, or the fixture above, is leaking.

You can tie a paper towel or rag on a line to see if water is coming from above that place.

Certainly you can call a plumber. If you want to fix it yourself, you have to identify where the leak is better.
