Water filtration issue

I recently installed a whole house 3-stage water filtration system and a 3m under the sink filtration for drinking water. My readings prior to these installs were around 256ppm and remain unchanged at the sink. I verified everything is installed and functioning properly. What is the issue?

I suspect you are using a meter intended to measure total dissolved solids. If you want to filter out dissolved solids, you need a reverse osmosis filter.
