Washer/Sink incorrect

This doesn't look correct to me. Any idea on how to fix it? the top right is the stand pipe for the washer and the bottom 1.5" goes to a utility sink. Thanks

If I understand what's going on, the WM standpipe does not have a trap, so it is open directly into the sewer. NOr, is it properly vented.

The standpipe and laundry tub are sharing the trap. Sewer is on the left with the vent line, as I interpret the photo.
