I'm trying to properly Install a washer drain stand pipe to replace the existing check valve drain. I'm not sure, but the check valve seems like a potential problem. The horizontal overhead drain, that T's the vent, is from the kitchen sink/dishwasher. Should I be tying into the vent, to add before my new p trap for the stand pipe, or is the vent location adequate? Any detailed advice on what the best way to approach this would be appreciated.

It is so non-code that there isn't any right way to respond. WM standpipe must be at floor level within 16" off the top of my head.
Have I seen installations with trap higher? Yes. Should you be tying into any vent for a drain: NO

I probably didn't explain the plan correctly. This is what I had in mind.

So if the standpipe drain would be too high, my best option would be to add a laundry sink? Would it make sense to just pump it up to that vertical drain from the laundry sink?

If by "properly" you mean 'to code', then a pump under a laundry sink would be legal if your vent is legal on the pump.
