Wall mount sink drain height help

We have a bit of a problem with our 2 bathroom remodels.... Originally we had planned regular vanities with vessel sinks, and wall mounted faucets - but after seeing wall mounted sinks, my wife decided she wanted them instead. Problem I have is the drain stub outs are 19" meaning we would have a long extension tube from drain to make it work.

I was wondering if I could add a vertical pipe to the stub out to raise the height and the tie in without the long extension, but reading here that sounds like a S trap.

Both bathroom are fully tiled:

so hoping not to have to rip them out to raise the drain or to have an ugly long vertical pipe from the sink.

Appreciate any ideas you might have.

Extend the tailpiece, or change the trap to one with a built-aav. https://www.ipscorp.com/plumbing/studor/trapvent

Extending the tailpiece would look better to me, but that means nothing.

I found this which pretty much seems to do what I am thinking, but would it pass CA code? Its expensive but worth it not to rip out the tiles.

Still not legit.
I see nothing on that for venting which would break the trap seal.

What about if I flip it and have the bottle trap at the end of the drain like this?

You can flip it. They make stuff like that for handicap counters so that a wheel chair can roll in.

bottle traps are illegal in many jurisdictions.
