Looking for help. I have a single pipe deep well jet pump with 2” well casing that was not holding prime so I pulled the piping 48’ of it and sure enough the foot valve was broke off the bottom. So anyway, I replaced a steel pipe with 1 1/4” threaded schedule 80 PVC, the same length and size that came out. When lowering the new pipe down it went it pretty easy except for the last foot it stopped so I then gave it a little push and it seated on the top of the well casing. Now I seem to be getting very little water, but I’m building pressure according to the pressure gauge. I wanted to take the pipe back out. But now it is stuck any suggestions on why possibly. Is it possible to go past the end of the pipe?
