vertical drains

    can I connect a 2'' vertical drain to a 3" vertical drain or must it be a sanitary tee?

    They are parallel so we would have to know more about them. There could be many ways to connect them, the problem is to know if there is a "best" fitting, and also if there is a "prohibited" fitting.
