Any ideas for venting a vanity sink unit on this wall?

Either drop a vent down from upstairs and wiggle it past the duct there, or use an AAV under the counter.

Thanks for the speedy reply.

The lower wall is stepped out 2 feet from the upper wall, with low roof and a 6"x16" header with no route through.
Looked up the AAV and that looks the way to go.
Any tips on height etc?

Just a quick thought, do I use 2 AAV's for a twin vanity?
