Have a lav sink that needs help getting hooked up. Have city inspection next week and need to get this up to code.

Any help is greatly appreciated, you guys have saved my bacon more times than I can count.

I wouldn't think an inspector would pass, based on what I see:
Good that two lavs have a two inch drain but, you must use a figure five fitting, never a double tee.
Support must have no metal to plastic contact.
Long sweep ninety is the only allowed fitting when drainage is going from vertical the horizontal.
In the process you can open the wall and redesign the layout to suit.

This 2" double fixture cross can be bushed down to 1-1/2" for the trap arms and the vent above.

The double san tee and 1/4 below it are incorrect. But, if it is existing and worked before and your inspector grandfathers it in then it will work again. Not right, but the inspector's call. The biggest problem is that if you put a snake down one lav it will come right up the other one.

Right, Seattle doesn't go for the double santee's or the medium 90 going from vertical to horizontal.
