Under slab plumbing design

Hi all, i am currently working on designing the under slab plumbing for a house I am building in NC. I have attached the floor plan and also the design I came up with. I believe this to compliant with NC residential code. Any advice related to code or just the design in general would be appreciated. Thank you!
