Tubing that is the same color as electrical conduit.

I have encountered tubing that goes to boiler zone valves that is silver in color. It is essentially the same color as electrical conduit.

I've been told this stuff can be hard to solder copper to. Can someone point me in the right direction of what this stuff is.

If so... you can't solder anything to it.
