Tub faucet leaking every 10 seconds

Hi, I hope one of you guys can help me. I bought my house 2 years ago and my tub faucet leaked at the time so I replaced the cartridge and it was fine up until recently. Now it is leaking a slow drain of water every 10 seconds for about 4 seconds. If I turn it off and on it will stop for about 10 seconds. If I put the stopper in the tub it will fill about 4 inches of water in 24 hours. It is a single handle Moen tub/shower. I think the diverted is the type you'd call 'posi-temp'.

Positemp is the model of the faucet, NOT the diverter. if it is leaking change the cartridge.
