Just dug up the snapshot.

On the left a completed burn at pump stetting CP II about 9 ft head pressure.

On the right the burn at pump stetting CP I about 6 ft head pressure.

Loops that use 1/2" pex design usually 1 gpm flow through each loop 20*f temp drop water temp 5*-10* over set point of stat. Using just a primary if you have say 10 zones three are satisfied your changing the head of the pump.
primary secondary piping constant flow through boiler and systems that have different loads work better flows stay in design. Expansion tank and air separator should be on suction side of the pump ( pumping away). Expansion tank air pressure should be set at system cold pressure. Just out of curiosity did someone check into all your flooring to see if it is approved for radiate?
