Hi all! I've got a filter in my irrigation system that has a little crack (hard to see but I tried to capture it in the second image below). When I turn the hose on the system, water comes sprouting out of it. I'm wondering if it's worth trying to seal the crack, or if I'm better off just cutting my losses and replacing the filter. What I'd definitely like to avoid is a scenario where I try sealing it, and then I come back from being out of town and find that the seal didn't hold and it's been spraying water for days. I'm new to this kind of work so grateful for any feedback! Thanks!

Replace it. Too risky to rely on a repair. One long leak while you're out of town, will cost more than a new filter.
