Triangle Tube Error E03 / E 03

I have the triangle tube 110 showing an E03 error. The manual suggests it's Gas valve harness not properly connected.

Any idea how to fix?

Error code 3 (page 60) says its "High Boiler Temp".
How old is the unit?
IMO, this would be something for the installer to look at.
