Not sure exactly what you are asking here.

That valve only automatically opens if the water temperature exceeds 210-degrees F or the pressure exceeds 150psi. While you can manually open it, under normal circumstances, it never should open on its own...when it does, there is a problem.

Nope. There should be no water escaping the temperature and pressure valve unless there is a problem.
