Toto vs. Kohler ADA toilet, CEFIONTECT?

Getting older, want to replace a low seating toilet with an ADA toilet. Considering Toto Drake II CST454 CEFG, CEFIONTECT, or Kohler 38910-0Santa Rosa Comfort Height. Would appreciate your input. "CEFIONTECT" reviews as well.

Both of those rinse fairly well. I like the TOTO trapway better but either should be an improvement over what you have now.
I have some II series bowls now, and have also used the Santa Rosa.
