I ordered a Toto ultramax model MS853113S which was 1.6 GPF. What I received was an Eco ultramax model MS853113E which is 1.28 GPF. I have two questions. Should I keep this model or insist on getting the 1.6 GPF? Second, what is the actual difference between the two toilets. Is the tank size the exact same? The reason I'm concerned is because I have heard people talking about problems with the 1.2 GPF vs the 1.6 GPF. Thank you for all the input on this question I always appreciate all your help.

Both toilets are the same with the exception being the amount of water flushed. I sell more 1.28's than I do 1.60. Either one works well. I have both in the home, the most used ones being 1.28 Keep what you have.

Thanks Terry for the reply. So technically the tanks are the same on both units? If that's true then I presume if I hold the flush lever down till the tank empties then I would achieve 1.6 gallons per flush or greater. Am I correct in this thinking?
