Toto Tornado for Community Pool

I will be installing 3 new toilets at our neighborhood pool bathroom. The previous ones always got clogged. A plumber recommended a Toto with Tornado. There are so many options out there for the Toto. I think he also said to get a 1.6 gpf. I want to make sure it last and stays clean.

What do you all recommend?

Depends on which bowl with Tornado. I like the new CST776 bowls.
CST776CSFG for the taller bowl
CST776CSG for the standard height

The 1.6 tanks are the S tanks,
1.28 tanks are the E tanks.
Some states only sell the 1.28
