Toto Tornado Flush Toilet Heights... Only ADA?

It looks like Toto doesn’t make a toilet in standard height with with their Tornado Flush feature. Is that correct? Is there a design reason for that? I was mainly searching their site for one piece toilets, so maybe I missed it.

The II series only comes in the universal height of 16-1/8"
TOTO does make a standard height MS854114EG elongated one-piece with the super smooth finish.

Right, but that uses a different flushing system. Wondering why Toto uses two different systems.
