Hello,

I have a toto toilet that is about 13 years old.

Last time I tightened the toilet seat screws I must have over tightened and damaged some of the plastic threads, so not the seat is a bit loose.

I am looking to get a new set of screws and wanted to ask if there is anything special about the toto screws / application?

Or will universal screws work?

Nothing special about the screws unless you have a skirted toilet, then, the screw goes into a special rubber/brass bit that can be entirely dealt with from the top since the bottom isn't readily available.

Hey, wait a minute.

This is awkward, but...
