TOTO has a new Nexus toilet out now. It comes in 1.0 GPF and 1.28 GPF, a skirted bowl, and Tornado flushing. It's a universal height bowl at 16-1/8" before you add the seat which makes it an ADA bowl. It comes with it's 12" Unifit and you have the option of installing it with the 14" Unifit for an added expense.

It comes as a Connect bowl in case you want to add a Washlet with concealed connections later.

This is the 12" TSUW.12 Unifit that comes with the toilet.
Notice the blocks that attach to the floor for the side mounting screws.

Do you expect the 1.28 gpf version to flush similarly to the Drake ~CST454CEFG? e.g. newer non-buider-grade 1.28gpf Totos will behave fairly similarly.
