I have a Neorest, which is 10 years old, that will not turn on as indicated by the power light. The GFI plug had been triggered, and when reset, the power came on for a minute and has since died. I have tested the plug, replaced the batteries in the remote, and tried the side power button to no success.
Is this a common problem with these units and is this easily diagnosed?
If so, I also need to find a supplier of replacement parts as TOTO USA wants me to ship the entire toilet from VA to CA for repairs....not very effiicient. I have replaced the Flush Valve before so am familiar with the mechanics of the toilet.
