We had three Toto washlets installed. 1 works, but the other two don’t seem to trigger on someone sitting on them.

I can get them to trigger by hand but something is off when seated.

Any thoughts?

If they're new, you should just call Toto tech support. They may have an easy setting adjustment. I'm not sure if those use a physical pressure switch or a body sensor built into the seat. Sometimes it might take sitting in the Right Spot to get the sensor to activate. Most of their seats have a micro switch on one side which you can hear clicking. Some models come with a sensor built into the seak which they call a skin sensor.
