I have a TOTO Drake with fill valve TSU24A. The tank will drain, fill as normal, and shut off as normal, but then, it starts a slow leak which gradually increases into the center white tube. After a few moments, it overflows into the tube. Nothing will stop it short of shutting off the water supply to the tank. Lifting the float arm does nothing. I don't know why this is happening. Anyone know what's wrong here?

Only solution I can think of is to replace the fill valve.

There aren't any repair parts for that valve that I know of, so depending on the age of the toilet, Toto may send you a new one, or you can buy a Korky one that is another common one used on Toto toilets. This one will work...https://www.homedepot.com/p/Korky-2X-Long-Life-Toilet-Fill-Valve-528XCM/312095888
