Hello, I have a Toto Eco-Drake 1.28 GPF.
See image attached.
After flushing and bowl fills the refill hose keeps dripping into the riser.
Any help to fix this or do I need to get a complete new fill valve?
Thank you!

I would try adjusting the water level of that G-max fill valve down a notch. If that does not fix things, replace the fill valve with a Korky 528MP.

I think you're getting either the Korky 528 MP or the Fluidmaster PM fill valve.
That should shut off completly after the refill.
