Hi,

I just replaced one of the toilets in my house with a new Toto Drake. It works great, except for the fact that it takes almost 2 minutes to refill the tank after a flush. I replaced the water supply line but that didn't help. Any ideas on what could be wrong?

Is the shutoff valve fully opened? Another thing to try is take the filler apart, depending on which one you have, it is usually easy, and see if there's any debris in the filler. If there is, it often causes it to be unable to shut off, but it depends on where it might be. The shutoff valve, if old, could have the washer breaking up and plugging the line. If you take the hose off of the filler, try directing it into a bucket and see how well it flows.

I have same problem with different toto toilets at different times. It can take a verrrry long time to refill then correct itself for a month or more than start again. Any tips?
