So I installed two new toto drake toilets. The one in my back bathroom has this intermittent flushing issue. One day it will flush normal and the next day it will barely go down. I didnt mess with any of the insides, and I did the bucket test and all is well there. The water went down in the bowl with no issues. Any suggestions would be great, Thanks- Andrew

Make sure that the rubber hose is connected by the clip and directed into the overflow tube. Sounds like a classic situation where the bowl is not being refilled properly, and that happens from that hose. If it is, where does the water level sit in the tank once it stops filling? It would be unusual, but it could be misadjusted, and then, there may not be enough water being directed to the bowl. It would have to be off a fair amount to matter, though.
