We had 3 Toto Drake II's installed during our current remodel. One of them makes a noisy trinkling water sound while flushing. Our contractor replaced the tank, but the replacement is at least as noisy as the original. The other 2 until do not have this issue. Any ideas?

Shut the water off at the noisy one and flush. If no noise then its the water filling up the tank doing it. You might want to back off the stop valve to slightly close to slow the water down flow. Too much and the valve itself will make noise as the water turbulents through the valve. If thi is the case the other two has a lower water pressure at the stop valve.

Thanks for the suggestion, WorthFlorida. There is no noise when flushing with the water off. But it returns when any water flow is on, even a small amount.

As a test, redirect the refill tube into the tank temporarily.

On your sound, is that occurring the whole time that the fill valve is filling, or is the sound only at the end?
