Toilet wont flush right

Toilet has a really slow flush. Pulled it brought it outside. Raised it up off ground and tried flushing it outside. Still slow flush. Auger goes thru easily. New toilet installed works great. Smashed old one, theres nothing in it. ?????

Maybe the holes around the rim are plugged.

and/or the siphon jet hole or path.
