Hi all,
Ok, 1 of the 2 toilets in this house works sometimes fine flushes good , not to slow not too fast ,flushes all materials put in the bowl in one flush. Other times the flush process takes up to 4 flushes , then basically by that time the plunger comes out. The 1,200 gallon septic tank was just pumped out last week if that has anything to do with this...? However, this toilet problem described above existed before the septic tank was pumped out.
Thanks to all that give suggestions and fixes to this!

Many Thanks

I suspect there is a clog in the drain from the poorly functioning toilet. Pumping the septic tank was a good move, but since that didn't fix the problem, that narrows the field to either the toilet being partly clogged or the drain line itself. Clogged drains really require a plumber that has the industrial sized equipment to clear the clog. The small DIY snake aren't big enough clear a clog completely to the septic tank. Chemical cleaner are not effective either.

There are so many possible reasons why a toilet might not flush properly, that the only way to diagnose is to be there and run our own tests on it.
