Can anyone tell me who makes this toilet seat bolt, and where I can find one?

Since the seat bolts come in pairs and the washers come with at least two in a package, no need to match the existing one.

Yea I bought something similar to the first photo you posted, and it just doesn't stay as well. :(

The seat is also made specifically for the bolt I posted.

Some cone washers might help stop the wiggle by keeping the bolts centered in the holes.

Some seats have a quick release feature so they maybe easily removed for cleaning without needing to remove the mounting bolts. The bolts for those will typically have a section that stick-up to form a post, higher than the section that attaches snuggly to the toilet. Some seat hinges will snap-on to the posts whereas others use a 1/4 twist cam lock that is integral to the seat hinge.

If your seat has a quick release feature, you will likely need to obtain the specific replacement bolts from the manufacturer or one of their authorized dealers otherwise, you may need to replace the seat.
