The Coleman Furnace heater gunshout like sound at the end of the heating cycle.

This happens with freezing weather outside,once daily in the morning.
I was able to record ,so this is a gunshout like sound and appeared at the end of the heating cycle.
I wish i could share this mp3 file here,but unfortunately can not.
The HVAC technician was here ,there was a certain code,he said he cleaned and tightened loose part.
After two weeks again with cold freezing weather the same problem came back.
Any ideas? This is 4 year old coleman gas heater.
