only read most of your original post, but if iron and manganese combined total is below 2ppm, consider a katalox filter with an ozone(regenerate every 2 days) generator followed by a softener. as to the rest try to shorten it up a bit as to what else exactly you looking to replace
Tell us about that ozone generator.

made by ...... they make a kit to mount to clack valves. I'd have to check, but I think it only works on a 5 button clack. also the add on kit requires another plug, so two plugs

You need to be real careful using that design. it can be very successful but in lower pH water it is very hit/miss. A proper water report is needed to determine the correct method of treatment.

Actually they are designed to work with the proprietary clack valves but with a little goofy programming they can be made to work on the 4 button EE Clacks. They do not work properly on the 3 or 5 button Clacks due to some technical reasons that I don't want to discuss on an open forum, PM me if you want more information.

Your levels of iron, manganese and hardness are all easily treated, your pH looks great, and your TDS is ideal! Like Curtiswater said, a AIO3 design (Air Injection Oxidation with Ozone) would be a good idea, a softener would not be necessary but it might be desirable.

Thank you! That is good to hear the results aren't horrible! I was afraid of much worse test results...
