Test Plug???

So how will I test this fernco fitting when it comes to inspection time? I'm tying into an existing 4" cast that goes directly to the septic tank. Was thinking I might be able to add a floor clean out as shown just to the right, but the test ball would need to go all the way past the fernco. Then also not sure how I would retrieve the test ball so it didn't go into septic tank.

Any suggestions or am I missing something.
