I cook alot, I'm washing large pots, cutting boards and sheet pans frequently and tired of swinging the faucet constantly maneuvering stuff into under the current faucet. I want a stainless single handle kitchen faucet with 11 or 12"+ height from sink top to faucet spout. I prefer non spray, why does everyone want spayers, They make a mess! I'm finding it almost impossible to find anything more than 8". I have an 11" deep SS sink and am hoping for knowledge of any products that fit this description. HD and Lowe's have 100's of lookalikes that don't measure up. Anyone? TY!

If you can re-plumb so the faucet can be hung from the wall, there are plenty of commercial faucets. https://www.webstaurantstore.com/search/wall-mount-faucets.html

If you have a 8" center kitchen sink, this may work.

Look over https://www.tsbrass.com/c/prerinseunits. One summer on Long Island in 1968 I worked at T&S in Westbury, NY, its only plant at the time. I made the SS hose and assembled the fittings for these pre-rinse units.

The pipe nipple from the mixer to the spout valve is removable and replaceable with a longer chrome nipple too. So that height is adjustable. These style faucets do require mounting to the wall, that is not an option and drywall anchors are not adequate.

Similar:
Moen Align has about 8" clear.
Franke Manhattan High Rise looks about 8" clear
Sig Hdwr Caribana has about 9" clear

Franke Active Plus has 11" clear, but isnt a gooseneck pull down. The sprayer pulls outwards
